what is Self Locking Differential?

Self Locking Differential:
Process:
In this differential, the torque distributed to each wheel is controlled and during one wheel in the sand, mud, and snow condition the self-locking system locks one wheel that on the slip. And provides total torque to another wheel that on solid ground so that the vehicle can lift up.
It behaves like a normal open differential when not locked.

Mercedes-Benz G-classRam 2500 Power, Wagon Jeep  Wrangler.
